Results of the 19th International Istanbul Gastronomy Festival organized by the Turkish Federation of Chefs and Chefs (COCFED). The festival takes place every year and representatives of different countries of the world take part in it, and in this festival chefs compete in more than 70 nominations for prizes.
And so, the results:
• Ahmad Khamdamov - 1st place (gold) in the nomination “Golden Chef of the Year”;
• Shirinia Zairova - 1st place (gold) in the nomination “Modern Cuisine” and 1st place (gold) in the nomination “Fish Dish”;
• Sarbinaz Orazbayeva - 1st place (gold) in the nomination “Chicken Dish”, 1st place (gold) in the nomination “Fish Dish” and 1st place (gold) in the nomination “Pasta”;
• Abdulloh Lutfullaev - 1st place (gold) in the nomination “Meat Dish” and 2nd place (silver) in the nomination “Fish Dish”;
• Shohruzhon Ibragimov - 1st place (gold) in the Golden Chef of the Year nomination, 2nd place (silver) in the Pasta nomination, 2nd place (silver) in the Fish Dish nomination and 3rd place (bronze) in the Dish nomination from meat."
Results of team work:
• Akhmad Khamdamov, Orazbayeva Sarbinaz, Ibragimov Shokhruzkhon - victory in the Grand Prix (gold) prize “Golden Frying Pan”;
• Orazbayeva Sarbinaz, Ibragimov Shokhruzhon, Lutfullaev Abdulloh - victory (gold) in the nomination “Black box” for juniors.
The team of the Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan, following the results of the entire competition, took 14 gold medals, 3 silver, 1 bronze and the main prize “GOLDEN PAN”.
We will not rest on our laurels, we will only strive upwards!
