From February 3 to 7, 2025, as part of an exclusive culinary tour across Uzbekistan, world-famous chef and Le Cordon Bleu instructor Éric Ruppen is conducting unique masterclasses in three cities: Tashkent, Samarkand, and Kokand. The first masterclass was held in Tashkent on February 3, at the Uzbekistan Chefs Association building.
