THE WORLD'S LARGEST NARYN WILL BE COOKED IN MOSCOW

The National Guild of Chefs of Russia and the International Record Registration Agency Interrecord are holding an unprecedented event on October 3 – cooking the world's largest naryn (Naryn is the Uzbek national dish). The event will take place in the Kazan teahouse in Moscow.

Naryn is, in fact, noodles with horse meat. But the simplicity of its creation is apparent. There are dozens of secrets in the cooking technique…

A team of chefs led by the president of the National Guild of Chefs Alexander FILIN and the famous Uzbek chef, honorary member of the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan and author of numerous books on Uzbek cuisine Hakim GANIEV will direct the production of naryn, a record holder who will enter the Guinness Book of Records.

In the final part of the work, numerous "stars" of Russian politics, business, culture, sports, and cosmonautics will join the rolling out of dough, slicing noodles, and shredding horse meat… Among those who, wearing chef's aprons, will pick up knives and rolling pins are singers AZIZA and Natalia NURMUKHAMEDOVA, cosmonaut Georgy GRECHKO, popular TV presenters Anna SHATILOVA and Vladimir GOMELSKY, bodybuilder Alexander NEVSKY, actor Alexander PYATKOV, businessman Vladimir RUGA, satirist Lion IZMAILOV, "Mrs. Moscow" Elina GLAZUNOVA and many others.

The total weight of the finished dish, according to the organizers, will exceed 5 quintals, and Vlad KOPYLOV, General Director of the Interrecord agency, will take over the recording of the achievement and the paperwork for registration in the Guinness Book.

At the end of the event, the prepared dish will be distributed for tasting to all Muscovites who came to the celebration.
