The World Association of Chef Communities is an organization of professionals whose goal is to preserve and improve the culinary standards of world cuisine. The fulfillment of this mission is carried out through training, practical trainings and professional growth of WACS members around the world. Being recognized as an authoritative leader in the field of public catering, WACS represents the general opinion on all issues related to the culinary profession.

The format of master classes from a recognized chef around the world gave many practicing chefs the opportunity not only to improve their skills, but also to communicate directly with a well-known master of their craft.

Chefs of famous restaurants in Tashkent – participants of master classes had the opportunity to learn the subtleties of cooking, new technologies of dishes, improve their skills in the field of Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Malaysian, Indonesian cuisines.
