Uzbekistan is confidently making its mark on the global culinary stage!

From February 2 to 8, the 11th edition of the Young Chef Olympiad 2025 — one of the largest gastronomic competitions in the world — is taking place in India.

And we have amazing news! The team representing the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan has successfully passed the intense qualifying rounds and made it to the finals of this prestigious tournament!

Ozod Odilov – a talented young chef and our competing participant, demonstrated an exceptional level of skill and earned high praise from the judges.

Ahmad Khamdamov – mentor and experienced culinary expert, provided invaluable guidance and support throughout the competition.

Reaching the finals of the Young Chef Olympiad is an extraordinary accomplishment! 

With over 50 countries participating this year, each team brings forward the best young chefs from their nation. The judges evaluate not only culinary techniques but also creativity, presentation, and the ability to perform under intense time pressure.

The finals represent a significant achievement for the culinary arts of Uzbekistan! We are incredibly proud of our participants and wish them confidence, inspiration, and ultimate victory in the final stage of the competition!
