Moscow Polytechnic University hosted a scientific conference “Civilizational Self-Determination in Interethnic Dialogue and Cultural Tradition of Hospitality”.

At the conference with the participation of specialists from 12 countries, the international experience of the development of gastronomic tourism and the prospects for its development in the Russian Federation were studied.
