On March 13, the Chefs Association of Uzbekistan hosted a seminar with the participation of heads of Secondary Specialized Educational Institutions that train hospitality professionals, including culinary specialists, from 12 colleges that are part of the State Committee on Tourism.

The main objective of the workshop was to open training courses in vocational colleges to improve the skills of the trainees. This project will be implemented jointly with the Tourism Committee.

At the end of the event, a Memorandum was signed between the Technical Schools and the Chefs Association of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish partnership relations and develop long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation, contributing to the qualitative growth of public and mass catering industry, as well as services in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
