INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR "ENTREPRENEURSHIP, EMPLOYMENT SKILLS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING"

International seminar "Entrepreneurship, Employment skills and Entrepreneurship Training". 

The seminar was organized in partnership between the Center for Secondary Specialized and Vocational Education at the MVSSO, the European Education Foundation and the British Council.

Our country attaches special importance to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship as a means of constantly increasing economic growth and development. Successful entrepreneurs are characterized by a combination of individuality, creativity and leadership skills.  These skills are also highly sought after by employers; but how can they be nurtured or developed in colleges or in the workplace?

This seminar gave participants the opportunity to get acquainted with the strategy and approach of the European Union to develop and strengthen entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills among young people and adults.

During the seminar, examples of professional colleges, universities and organizations aimed at the development of entrepreneurship were presented. The participants listened to presentations by leading international and national experts, took part in working groups, and also had the opportunity to get acquainted with the opinions and experience of professional colleges, universities and organizations leading in the field of entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan. The seminar also provided an excellent opportunity to communicate with the heads of the Ministry of Education responsible for decision-making and policy development in the field of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship skills development.

In addition, the seminar provided a platform for the exchange of experience on the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives existing in Uzbekistan, the UK and the European Union. He also gave the opportunity to managers responsible for decision-making and policy development, practitioners, social partners and experts to discuss the content of educational programs aimed at the development of entrepreneurship as a key competence, the content of educational methodologies, approaches to the development of teachers' competencies, as well as the organization of the educational process.

Representatives of the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan actively participated in this seminar.
