The team of the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan will take part in the International Culinary Championship Gastro Antalya 2022, which will be held in Turkey (Antalya) from November 17 to 20 this year.

The composition of the team from the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan:

- Akbar Umarov - member of the jury;

- Mirbabaev Elerbek - mentor;

- Ibragimov Shohruzhon - participant.

Participating countries of the International Meeting of Gastronomy and Culinary Stars;

Germany, Austria, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Algeria, China, Ecuador, Indonesia, Morocco, France and other countries.

In 2021, Gastro Antalya, which was held with a limited number of participants due to the pandemic, became the largest and most prestigious competition in Turkey, with over 600 participants from 32 countries.

And this year, the organizers promise that the championship will be even cooler and on a larger scale.
