Today, on April 18, the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan hosted a confectionery and presentation master class organized with the support of "KOTANYI" company! At this unique event, participants had the opportunity to plunge into the world of exquisite flavors and aromas under the guidance of chocolatier and talented designer of confectionery products, Olga Penioza. Olga shared the secrets of modern adaptation of classic restaurant desserts and presented to the participants amazing and memorable flavor compounds, which definitely won the hearts of our chefs!
