Due to the quarantine, which has already lasted for more than a year, all mass gastronomic events, culinary championships were canceled. But “Delicious Uzbekistan” with connections YCC WICS, despite the pandemic, wants to raise the gastronomic spirit, which is enriched by friendship, cooperation between many countries of the world. At the moment, “Delicious Uzbekistan “ and YCC WICS has planned a gastronomic tour with a number of countries: Turkey, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and the Chuvash Republic.

Halal Culinary Commission

On March 5th, 2021 Halal Culinary Commission held online conference. The main topic was about ideas/projects for developing and promoting Halal Culinary across the globe.

Suggestions from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan were provided.

Chef Fazdly Omar shared with representatives intention of Malaysia to hold Halal Culinary event in Malaysia in November or December. Chef Fazdly Omar told us that he will soon share the further details.
