IN UZEXPOCENTRE WAS HELD AN INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION «EXPO RESTAURANTS & CAFÉ ― 2017» OF THIS YEAR FROM 29TH NOVEMBER  TO 1ST DECEMBER

The exhibition united representatives of the restaurant business and specialists in the field of professional equipment and various services of the public catering sector. Within the exhibition the following sections were presented:

  • Suppliers of food products for the HoReCa market;
  • Restaurants;
  • Cafes, bars, snack bars and public food service establishment;
  • Importers of professional restaurant equipment;
  • Designers and construction companies;
  • Companies which supplies lighting equipment and concert-technical equipment;
  • Landscape designers and designers of interior landscaping;
  • Manufacturers of forged products (awnings, benches, tables, chairs, fences);
  • Furniture factories;
  • HR-agencies;
  • Advertising agencies;
  • Real estate agencies;
  • Event-agency;
  • Companies of providing business automation services;
  • Internet advertising (SMM, digital advertising, media-buying agencies - purchase of advertising space);
  • Outsourcing of marketing services (rendering and support in marketing);

At the exhibition there was a conference area where exhibiting companies had the opportunity to demonstrate their products through master classes, conferences and presentations. In particular, the presentation of the Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan was held by the Chairman of the Association Umarov Akbar Hamdamovich, on the topic: "Preserving and improving the culinary standards of the Uzbek kitchen. “Advantages and quality of modern culinary education in ACU".

The presentation of the company "JowiUzbekistan" was devoted to the topics:

  1. How steals in a restaurant and what to do about it?
  2. How to learn to count your money. The correct registration in the restaurant.
  3. How to attract more guests and earn more?

A presentation of the company Ibells was devoted to the topic "Personnel calling systems, personnel call buttons."

Organizers of the exhibition did not ignore the entertainment program, which included:

  1. Drawing of prizes from exhibitors among visitors.
  2. Flaming show from the best bartenders of the most famous bars in the capital.
  3. Culinary master classes.
  4. Master classes of the bar and much more.

The event was organized by JSC NEC "Uzexpocentre" with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan,
