About the skill training of employees of sanatorium and resort complexes of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From 31th of March to 4th of April, 2014, in the "Umid Gulshani" sanatorium-resort complex was held a refresher course for cooks and waiters of the sanatorium of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.
In front of the audience, they gave and conducted practical trainings on the following topics:
"International and national standards, statutes and regulations in the field of public catering" - ICUCA expert is Yakubov N.Ya.
“Technology of cooking dietary dish” - ICUCA expert is Tagaev.K
"Technology of cooking foreign dishes of dietary character" - ICUCA expert is Karabaeva.D.A
“Professional Ethics and Psychology” – Khodjaev M.S expert in professional ethics and psychology of ICUCA
“Organization of service at public catering establishments” – Mashkov.A service expert of ICUCA
The training process took the form of seminars and practical exercises using modern teaching technologies. The cooks, along with the waiters, passed the full course from basic established standards to modern, advanced types of service and maintenance at sanatorium resorts. For better perception of the training, the students were shown multimedia educational material.
At the end of the seminar there was a solemn awarding of certificates to the participants of the international center.
